Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges and refunds are available on faulty goods. Please follow our care guidelines to ensure your anklets longevity. Anklet Allure pieces will only be sent to you in prime condition. However, if you feel there has been damage on its journey to you, you have 14 days to contact us and let us know. We will do everything we can to work with you to ensure your happiness with Anklet Allure.
Exchanges & Refunds
If you believe an item to be faulty or damaged, please email us straight away or within 14 days with clear photographic proof, your order number and a detailed description and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will then be in touch and if a return is agreed we will send you an address to return the anklet to.
Please note the anklet must be returned unused in the original Anklet Allure gift box and in brand new condition. It will be very clear to us if the anklet has been worn. It must also be sent in a padded envelope for protection.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping costs for returning your anklet. However, we can offer free shipping on any exchange. If the exchange is of a higher value this payment will need to clear before the exchange can be sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning as we cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit. All replacement items if in stock will be shipped to you within 1-2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. We cannot refund or exchange sale items or gift cards. Any shipping costs from original purchase cannot be refunded. Refunds are processed within 24 hours, but it may take up to 7 working days to show in your bank.
